When you connect your Shopify store to Disro, we collect product data including titles, descriptions, images, vendor names, product types, tags, and variant information. We also collect your account email address, organization name, and usage preferences. We do not collect payment card information.
We use your store's product data to run AI visibility audits, generate enriched content suggestions, and push approved content back to your Shopify store. We use your email to send transactional notifications (sync completion, enrichment results) and, if opted in, product updates.
Your data is stored securely in Supabase (hosted on AWS). Access tokens for your Shopify store are encrypted at rest. All data is isolated per organization — your data is never shared with or visible to other Disro customers.
Disro uses the following third-party services: Shopify (e-commerce integration), OpenAI (AI content generation), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
We retain your product data for as long as your account is active. If you disconnect your Shopify store or delete your account, your product data and audit results are removed within 30 days. Access tokens are revoked immediately upon disconnection.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You can export your product audit data from the Settings page. To request full data deletion, contact us at privacy@disro.com.
For users in the European Union and California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively, including the right to data portability and the right to opt out of data sale (we do not sell data). Contact privacy@disro.com for any requests.
